WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us it will contain your tracking number. This will let you know that the order has left our warehouse and is on the way. Please note it may take a few hours for any movement to show.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
For USPS shipments, you can check progress at www.usps.com

 

CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS ?
Yes your Billing address and Shipping address can be different

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
We do ship to USA/Canadian PO boxes. 
We do not ship to UK PO boxes.

 

MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED ON THE ESTIMATED DAY OF DELIVERY?USPS gives the expected date of arrival. They normally give themselves up to 5 business days to get a package delivered. You can contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to check on the status of your package.

 IT SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?

If USPS says your package was delivered we are not responsible for the package. Please contact your local USPS to resolve this issue.

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE ?
Currently we do not accept payments over the phone.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE ITS PLACED?
Once your order has been confirmed our staff cannot change or edit the order due to administrative reasons. 
If you have placed an order incorrectly please contact us and we will cancel the order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.

Returns And Refund Policy

We will happily refund any items within 2 days of receipt, Providing it is returned in original packaging along with a tracking number as well. You can cancel order the same day you purchased your item.

You will be billed in your chosen currency. DatNew currently allows for checking out in US Dollars,

No you do not have to pay customs and import duties on our products.

RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY ?
We will happily refund any items within 7 days of receipt, Providing it is returned in original packaging with no signs of use or misuse. If you received the wrong product, or damaged goods we would be able to do and exchange or give you a refund. Please provide a tracking number with the return.

USA, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS:

Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging. 

UK RETURNS We strongly recommend you use a trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. To ensure your return is processed quickly please provide the reason for your return, your order number and ship to the following address.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO ?
